Replacement brake pads and brake discs

Get a price for your part

The exact reference, manufacturer, condition and quantity determine the price. A single component, a pair and a complete kit are different purchases, even when the description sounds similar.

Tell us whether you need the part only or supply and fitting. Your enquiry should cover the AED amount, any labour or delivery charge and whether the total includes 5% VAT.

Stock and lead time are checked for the requested item. Special-order arrival dates can differ from workshop fitting dates.

Replacement parts for repairs and servicing

From routine service items to replacement assemblies, the right specification matters. Enquire about the component you need, including items not listed here.

Filters, plugs and engine parts

Filters, spark plugs, belts, gaskets, pumps and mounts need the correct engine application. Kits can differ in their included tensioners, seals and fasteners, so the contents matter as much as the main component.

Brakes, steering and suspension

Pads, discs, control arms, dampers and wheel bearings can differ by axle, side and equipment. Prices may cover one item or an axle set, with sensors, bushes and mounting hardware supplied separately.

Cooling and air conditioning

Radiators, thermostats, water pumps, compressors and condensers must match the engine and connections. Fitting may also involve new seals, fluids or AC servicing alongside the replacement component.

Electrical and drivetrain parts

Alternators, starters, sensors, ignition coils and transmission components are identified by their application and reference. Electronic modules may also need vehicle-specific programming or setup.

Body parts, lamps and trim

A bumper, mirror, lamp or interior assembly may arrive without its trim, motors, sensors or control units. Side, equipment and included fittings matter, while paint finish and installation have their own costs.

Genuine, OE and aftermarket options

These labels describe the source or product range. The actual manufacturer and part reference make a comparison useful.

Part descriptionWhat it meansWhat matters when buying
Vehicle-brand genuineSupplied under the vehicle manufacturer’s brand and reference, though another company may manufacture the component. The correct reference, application and source. A familiar box or logo alone does not prove authenticity.
OE-supplier partOften described as OEMSold under a component maker’s brand. That maker may also supply vehicle manufacturers. Its specific product reference. An OE supplier’s entire range is not necessarily identical to vehicle-branded parts.
Aftermarket replacementA replacement from an independent parts brand, with its own product specification and warranty.Compatibility and the individual product range. Quality, construction and price vary between alternatives.

A useful comparison identifies the part maker and reference. Descriptions such as “original quality” or “OEM type” are not a substitute for knowing which product is being supplied. Keep the supplier details and itemised invoice. Where the manufacturer provides an authenticity seal or security code, use its official verification service. Packaging alone does not establish that a part is genuine.

Engine components during workshop mechanical work
Engine specification and the exact replacement reference matter when matching parts.

The same model can use different parts

Production changes, engine type, transmission, factory options and market specification affect fitment. Two cars with the same model name and year may use different components, particularly with imported specifications or previous conversions.

The VIN or chassis number helps identify the original application. Add the existing part number and clear photographs, especially if the car has been modified. A newer reference may replace an older one, but the catalogue or supplier must confirm that it is the correct replacement for your vehicle. Matching the shape alone is not enough.

A complete assembly or one component?
A mirror housing, a complete mirror and a mirror with the correct camera or folding function are different purchases. Identify the side, position and fitted features when ordering. The same principle applies to lamps, suspension assemblies and engine accessories. Ask whether the quoted item includes its seals, brackets or fittings rather than assuming they arrive with it.

Parts supply and fitting

Need the part fitted too?

Supply-only pricing covers the agreed item. A fitted repair includes labour and any relevant materials or setup, which may involve fluids, seals, alignment, programming or calibration depending on the job.

For fitting in Al Quoz, share any existing fault diagnosis and whether the car is driveable. If another garage is doing the work, its written specification helps identify the required part.

Replacement work can involve the component, associated fittings and the installation.

Used and remanufactured parts

Condition is separate from brand. A genuine part may be new or used, while remanufacturing involves its own rebuilding and testing process.

For safety-critical components, the applicable repair requirements and verified condition take priority over a lower purchase price.

A used part has a history

A suitable used component can be worth considering when a new item is difficult to obtain. Its actual condition, testing, known history and included fittings matter. Original manufacture does not remove existing wear or give it the remaining life of a new part.

Remanufactured and exchange units

A remanufactured unit has been rebuilt and tested under the supplier’s process, rather than simply removed from another car. Some exchange units require your old component, called the core, to be returned. A core charge may be refundable only when that return meets the supplier’s conditions. Check the accepted condition, deadline and return arrangements before the old unit is discarded. Options depend on the application and availability.

Ordering, returns and warranty

Delivery, collection and special-order arrangements depend on the item. Cancellation and returns can be affected by fitting, programming or opening a sealed product, so agree these terms before purchase. On receipt, check the reference, quantity and visible condition against the order before fitting. Report an incorrect or damaged item promptly and ask the supplier how to proceed.

Parts warranty and fitting cover can have different durations, exclusions and claim procedures. The written invoice and applicable terms should identify the item, its condition and the cover supplied with it.

Before you enquire

Can I request a part without the VIN?

Yes, send the make, model, year and the information you have, such as the existing part number or a clear photo. That can start the enquiry. Further vehicle details may be needed before compatibility can be established.

Can I bring my own part for fitting?

Discuss the item and job with us before buying or booking. Compatibility, condition, any missing fittings, labour charges and warranty responsibilities need to be agreed. An unsuitable part can delay the repair.

Do you deliver spare parts?

Ask about delivery or collection when requesting the item. Availability, the destination, timing and any charge need confirmation for that order; do not assume that delivery is included in a parts price.

Can you help with an existing repair estimate?

Send the written part description, quantities and any references alongside your vehicle details. This helps us compare like-for-like parts. A lower total is only comparable when it includes the same items, condition and fitting requirements.
