Includes standard loading, transport and unloading. Distance, special equipment, difficult access, waiting and tolls can change the price. We confirm your total before dispatch.
Estimated roadside callout and labor prices, including VAT. Subject to safe access and availability. A new battery, tire or subsequent recovery costs extra.

The right truck
for your car
If your car needs transport, the truck and loading method must suit its condition. A flatbed carries all four wheels off the road; low clearance, damage or restricted access can change the equipment needed.
All-wheel and four-wheel drive
Tell us the exact model and transmission so we can check the manufacturer’s transport instructions. Towing with one axle on the road is not suitable for every car.
Electric and hybrid vehicles
Share the model, remaining charge and any damage. Tesla’s Model 3, for example, must travel with all four wheels off the ground. Its Tow Mode is for loading or very short repositioning, not road towing, and needs low-voltage power to work. Tesla’s transport instructions explain these limits. Other vehicles need their own manufacturer’s procedure. If the battery is damaged, smoking or unusually hot, treat it as an emergency.
Low cars and locked wheels
Let us know if your car is lowered, has a low front bumper, a stuck parking brake or wheels that will not turn. It may need ramps, wheel skates or dollies. Do not force it into neutral or drag it onto a truck.
Basement and parking access
Send the building name, parking level, entrance height limit and any ramp restrictions. If the truck cannot enter, we need to assess how the car can reach an accessible loading point.

Send a map pin or a clear address. On a highway, add the road, direction of travel and nearest exit. Use your phone only after stopping safely.
Tell us what happened
Share the car model and problem. Tell us if the car rolls and steers, whether you have the keys and if parking access is restricted.
Confirm the price and arrival time
Agree the destination and total price before dispatch. The arrival time is an estimate based on your location and the equipment needed; tell us about any insurer requirements.
Get ready for pickup
Have the keys ready if available. Take your valuables and note existing damage only if it is safe. Make sure the destination can accept the car and tell us who will receive it.
While you wait for help
Stay away from moving traffic and do not stand between vehicles. Leave the car only when it is safe to reach a protected place. If you cannot get to safety, call 999 and follow their instructions. Keep your phone available for the recovery driver’s call. UAE emergency guidance

Is car recovery available at night?
Call our recovery helpline any time, day or night. Tell us your location and car model, and we’ll check availability and give you an expected arrival time.
How soon can a recovery truck reach me?
We can give an estimated arrival time once we know your location and which truck is needed. Traffic, distance and availability can change that estimate; it is not a guaranteed response time.
Can you collect from underground parking?
Basement pickup depends on the entrance height, ramps and the car’s condition. A flatbed may need to load outside the parking area. Send the building, level and whether the car rolls and steers so we can assess access before confirming recovery.
Can my car go to a garage I choose?
Yes. We can arrange delivery to our Al Quoz garage or another agreed garage, home or drop-off location. Confirm the address and that someone can receive the car, especially outside the destination’s opening hours, so delivery is included in your quote.
Will my insurance pay for recovery?
Your policy may include recovery. Check with your insurer before booking a paid service, especially if you plan to claim the cost back. Ask which providers and distances are covered.
Does recovery include fixing the car?
The recovery price covers transporting the car. Roadside repairs, parts and workshop work are quoted separately. If we take the car to our garage, we’ll explain the fault and repair cost before starting work.
Can I arrange transport to another emirate?
Call us with the pickup and destination. We’ll check availability and quote for the full journey, including any tolls or special loading needed.
