Ferrari Repair Dubai With the Right Checks

A transmission warning, brake concern or service due date calls for a plan matched to your Ferrari. Our independent Al Quoz workshop checks the model, fitted equipment and available technical access, then explains the assessment and written repair estimate before accepting the job.

Free initial visual assessment

Initial computer diagnosis is estimated at AED 150 to 350 including VAT where the required systems can be accessed. Specialist testing and repair work are quoted separately.

Call with your model and concern. We’ll confirm suitability for the requested work before you arrange the visit.

Ferrari repair prices start with the exact work

A completed service or repair quote depends on the model, fitted parts, confirmed fault and any specialist setup. The price shown here for our initial checks is separate from a repair estimate.

The published 599 GTO dealer figures below show why the included parts and labor matter. They are comparison examples from a single vehicle, not our workshop prices or a tariff for every Ferrari. Send the work listed in an existing quote so we can compare the same scope.

Ask us to price the same scope with suitable parts choices. We will identify the included parts, labor and required setup in a written estimate before you approve the repair.

Maintenance before replacement

Check the service plan first

An active manufacturer maintenance plan may already cover scheduled work. Confirm eligibility and the exact inclusions with the authorized Ferrari network before booking overlapping paid work.

Technician checking an engine bay during routine service
Confirm the fluid specification and due service items for the exact vehicle.
  • Scheduled work follows the vehicle

Ferrari’s 7-Year Genuine Maintenance program concerns scheduled maintenance. It is not a promise that every fault, wear item or accident repair is included. Check the VIN and contract with the authorized network.

  • Time matters as well as mileage

Use the model’s maintenance schedule and previous service dates. A car used only occasionally can still have time-based work due. Tell the advisor about storage and any track use when discussing the schedule.

  • Independent work needs a clear record

Keep an itemized invoice showing the date, mileage, parts and fluids used. Warranty claims, recalls and manufacturer campaigns should be checked with the authorized network. We do not present independent servicing as a manufacturer warranty decision.

Oil, filters and scheduled checks

Use the specified oil and fill quantity for the engine. Review filters, fluid work and scheduled inspections against the service record. The estimate should separate the basic service from plugs, belts and other items due for that particular model.

Age, storage and low mileage

Time-based work still matters when the car is driven infrequently. Inspect tires, battery condition, visible hoses, seals and signs of fluid loss. Belt and chain arrangements vary, so a universal Ferrari timing-belt package is not a reliable service plan.

Track use and demanding driving

Tell the advisor about track use before choosing the service. Brake fluid, tires, brake condition and cooling checks may need additional attention under the model’s specific instructions. Road-use intervals should not automatically be carried over.

Your model decides the workshop plan

These are useful starting distinctions when requesting a service or repair. Acceptance depends on the exact vehicle, the work requested and the available technical access.

360 and F430

Confirm manual or F1 equipment

For an F1-equipped car, clutch operation and the hydraulic control system need to be distinguished. Service history and the fitted brake system also matter when choosing parts.

Dual-clutch models

Identify the installed dual clutch unit

The 458 uses a different transmission arrangement from the earlier F1 automated manual. A 458, 488, F8, California, Portofino or Roma needs the correct unit and model-specific checks. An earlier F1 clutch estimate is not a like-for-like comparison.

V12 models

Quote the actual model and access

A 599, F12 or 812 needs its own parts and labor assessment. Engine layout, transmission, suspension and brake equipment affect the scope. A general V8 package is not a complete specification.

296 and SF90

Confirm the requested hybrid work first

High-voltage systems, charging concerns and hybrid-specific diagnosis need suitable training, equipment and access. Send the exact model and issue before booking. Capability is confirmed for the individual job.

Ferrari’s own aftersales information explains its manufacturer programs. Your vehicle’s service documents remain the reference for its schedule and coverage.

F1 and dual clutch faults need different decisions

Hesitation, a transmission warning or difficulty selecting gear does not identify a failed assembly. Describe whether the concern appears from cold, when warm, during reversing or after the car has been parked.

F1 automated manual

On a suitably equipped 360 or F430, the clutch and hydraulic controls work together. The investigation needs to distinguish clutch condition, hydraulic operation, sensors and the power supply.

  • A confirmed hydraulic or electrical fault may allow a targeted repair.
  • Clutch replacement needs the related components assessed and applicable setup included.
  • A reported wear figure is part of the evidence, not the entire diagnosis.

Dual clutch transmission

A later dual-clutch system has a different assembly and control arrangement. A fluid leak, control fault and internal mechanical problem require different repair scopes.

  • Confirm the unit and available diagnostic access first.
  • Compare a supported component repair with replacement only after the fault is established.
  • Include specified fluids, seals, relevant setup and checks in the fitted quote.

Stop using the car if it loses drive or cannot engage a gear reliably. Tell us whether Neutral can be selected when discussing recovery. See our transmission assessment and repair process.

Brake work starts with the fitted disc material

Wheel-off checks separate pad wear from disc, caliper and hardware work.

Measured condition before replacement

Investigate brake noise, vibration or a warning with an inspection of the pads, discs, hardware and relevant sensors. Explain whether the concern follows storage, normal road use or a track session.

Steel discs

Measure condition against the applicable manufacturer limits and check the fitted pads and hardware.

Carbon ceramic discs

Use the specific inspection criteria and surface condition. Generic disc skimming is not a standard service.

  • Pad replacement

Specify the axle, correct pad material, required sensors or hardware and fitting. Confirm the condition of the existing discs before approving pads alone.

  • Disc replacement or wider repair

Name the disc material and quantity, compatible pads, caliper or hose work if needed, and the final checks. A general brake-pad starting price does not describe this job.

  • Fluid and track preparation

Follow the vehicle’s procedure and use the specified fluid. Tell us about track use so the inspection and any additional maintenance reflect how the car is driven.

A soft pedal, impaired braking or severe vibration requires safe stopping and suitable recovery. Brembo’s carbon-ceramic disc information explains the distinct material used in these systems.

Ride, steering and tire concerns

A knock, uneven tire wear or a change in ride height needs more than a wheel alignment. Inspect the affected components and identify the fitted suspension equipment before ordering parts.

Joints, bushings and bearings

Locate play or noise in the suspension and steering. Compare replacement of the confirmed worn component with a larger assembly only where the design and available parts justify it. Include any alignment required after the repair.

Adaptive dampers and front lift

Where fitted, check leaks, warnings, ride-height behavior and the related electrical or hydraulic controls. A failed lift function and a worn damper are different jobs. Diagnostic access and the applicable setup are confirmed for the model.

Tires and alignment

Confirm front and rear sizes, load and speed specifications, age and condition. Some applications use different sizes by axle, so routine front-to-rear rotation is not automatically suitable. Correct mechanical faults before setting alignment.

Engine, cooling and air conditioning repairs

Mechanical investigation

Leaks and loss of performance

Trace oil or coolant loss before selecting seals, hoses or a pump. Rough running needs fault information and checks of the relevant air, fuel, ignition and mechanical systems. Replacing a set of ignition parts without evidence can leave the fault unchanged.

For suspected internal damage, agree the testing or dismantling stage first. Compare targeted repair, rebuilding and a suitable assembly replacement only after the damage is known. A full estimate needs access labor, machining if required, parts, fluids and final checks.

  • Temperature warnings or repeated coolant loss

Check leaks, pressure retention, fans and temperature control. If overheating has occurred, investigate the cause and any consequential damage before treating a single replacement part as the complete repair.

  • Warm AC or weak airflow

Inspect airflow, condenser fans, refrigerant pressures and leak evidence. Confirm the refrigerant specification. A leak repair, recharge and compressor replacement have different parts and labor requirements.

  • Warnings that need safe stopping

Stop safely and switch off for an oil-pressure warning, overheating or smoke. Do not open a hot coolant cap. Discuss recovery before driving a car with a serious active fault.

Electrical diagnosis and care after storage

Start with power supply and the symptom

Several warnings after storage do not automatically mean several failed control units. Test the low-voltage battery, charging supply and connections, then investigate the affected system. A scan supports diagnosis but is not a complete repair decision.

Tell us whether the car does not crank, cranks without starting or loses charge while parked. Repeated discharge can need further current-draw testing after battery condition is established.

Use the correct battery and charging procedure

A replacement battery must match the application. Follow the car’s instructions for an approved conditioner, connection point and storage routine. Ask which setup or checks are included in the battery quote.

For a 296 or SF90, a 12-volt concern and a high-voltage or charging-system concern are different jobs. Hybrid work is accepted only after the required training, equipment and access are confirmed.

Bodywork, glass and roof repairs

Bumper refinishing includes preparation, controlled paint application and inspection of the finished repair.

Repair the damage behind the finish

For a dent, scratch or damaged bumper, inspect mounting points and the underlying panel before agreeing the finish. The vehicle’s materials and permitted repair methods determine whether repair or replacement is appropriate.

Specify the panels, preparation, color matching and any adjacent blending in a paint quote. Discuss existing paint protection film separately, since removal and replacement are additional work.

Windshield and convertible roof concerns

Glass work needs the correct specification, moldings, adhesive and any fitted sensor requirements. Confirm camera calibration needs and safe drive-away time where applicable before arranging replacement.

For a retractable roof or soft top, describe the warning, noise, leak or stage where movement stops. Latches, position signals, seals, drains and drive mechanisms need different checks. Confirm support for the exact roof system before booking and avoid forcing a stalled mechanism.

Buying a Ferrari or returning one to regular use

Review the service history

Bring invoices, mileage records and any active maintenance-plan information. Identify overdue work and unresolved advisories. Manufacturer warranty, recall and campaign eligibility should be checked with the authorized network.

Inspect the expensive systems

An agreed pre-purchase inspection can cover visible leaks, underbody condition, brakes, tires, suspension and accessible diagnostic information. Transmission checks and a safe road test depend on the model, access and vehicle condition.

Use findings to plan the spend

Ask for written observations and separate immediate repairs from upcoming maintenance. An inspection cannot guarantee hidden defects or prove a complete history. For a stored car, agree the checks needed before returning it to regular driving.

From first contact to collection

  1. Confirm the job and arrival

Share the model, year, concern and whether the car can be moved safely. Low clearance, a locked wheel or inability to select Neutral affects transport. Pickup or recovery arrangements and any charge are confirmed before booking.

  2. Agree the assessment and repair

The proposed checks are explained first. Review the findings and the itemized repair estimate before approval. If further dismantling or additional damage changes the scope, agree the next stage separately.

  3. Review what was completed

The relevant checks depend on the work, such as leak testing, measured brake condition or system operation. A road test is appropriate only when safe and useful. Keep the invoice and ask for the applicable parts and labor coverage.

Discuss a car that cannot be driven with our vehicle recovery team before arranging transport.

Parts choices deserve a separate conversation

Specification

Identify what is being supplied

Genuine Ferrari parts, parts from an identified original-equipment supplier and aftermarket parts are different descriptions. The quote should name the actual product and confirm compatibility with the VIN, fitted equipment and intended use.

For brakes and other safety-critical systems, specification and the permitted procedure come before a lower purchase price. A product advertised for a similar model is not enough to establish suitability.

Fitted outcome

Compare the complete fitted outcome

When technically suitable options exist, compare the part, labor, fluids, required setup, availability and written coverage. A repairable component may avoid a larger assembly replacement, but that decision needs inspection evidence.

Confirm parts supply before committing to a completion date. Imported parts and specialist setup can affect timing. Any warranty applies as stated on the written estimate and invoice, without an assumed universal duration.

Ferrari service and repair questions

Are you an authorized Ferrari service center?

We are an independent workshop in Al Quoz. Manufacturer warranty claims, recalls, service campaigns and program eligibility should be checked with the authorized Ferrari network.

What does the initial diagnostic price include?

The estimated AED 150 to 350 including 5% VAT covers the agreed initial computer scan and checks where the necessary systems can be accessed. Specialist testing, extended fault tracing, dismantling and repair are separately quoted.

How do I get a Ferrari service or repair price?

Send the model, year, mileage, service history and requested work or symptoms. The estimate should identify parts, quantities, labor, required fluids or setup and VAT. An existing estimate can help us compare the same repair scope.

Should I check the 7-Year Genuine Maintenance program first?

Yes, if your car may have an active plan. Confirm VIN eligibility, remaining coverage and the work included with the authorized network before paying for overlapping scheduled maintenance. Maintenance coverage and repair warranty are different.

Does an F1 warning mean the clutch needs replacement?

The warning alone does not prove that. Clutch condition, hydraulic control, relevant sensors and power supply need appropriate assessment. Agree the diagnosis before approving a clutch or transmission assembly.

Can Ferrari brake discs always be skimmed?

No. First identify the fitted material and the manufacturer’s inspection and repair requirements. Do not apply generic steel-disc machining to carbon-ceramic discs. The appropriate repair follows the actual condition and permitted procedure.

Can you accept a 296 or SF90 hybrid?

Contact us with the exact model and requested work first. High-voltage work, charging concerns and hybrid-specific procedures require a separate check of training, equipment and access before acceptance.

Can you collect a Ferrari that cannot be driven?

Discuss the model, location, ground clearance and whether the wheels are free and Neutral can be selected. Suitable transport, availability, access and any charge are confirmed before an arrangement is made.

Are the published 599 GTO prices your workshop prices?

No. They are documented Dubai dealer estimate examples for one 599 GTO, including VAT. They show the cost and inclusions of specific jobs. Our estimate follows your exact model, the required repair and suitable parts choices.

Can you check a front-lift, suspension or roof warning?

Send the model, year and the exact failed function or warning. These systems differ across Ferrari models. We confirm the relevant diagnostic access, equipment and repair support before accepting the work.

Can I arrange an inspection before buying a used Ferrari?

Discuss the vehicle and desired checks first. An agreed inspection can help identify visible defects, maintenance gaps and repair priorities. Available diagnostic access, a safe road test and inspection limitations should be stated in the findings.

How long will the service or repair take?

A completion estimate follows the accepted work, parts availability and any setup requirements. Routine booked work and a repair awaiting imported components have different timelines. Intermittent faults or further damage can require a separate assessment stage.
