Does it shudder pulling out of a parking space, hesitate only when hot, or lose power as you accelerate? Those are different starting points. A warning code helps, but it doesn’t prove a gearbox or turbocharger has failed.
Check how the engine runs, the engine and transmission mounts, and engagement behavior. On a dual-clutch transmission, clutch control and the relevant operating data matter. A change in behavior deserves assessment before anyone dismisses it as normal.

Bestune is a FAW brand, with older cars also carrying the Besturn name. We match maintenance and replacement parts to the fitted engine, gearbox and equipment. A model name starts the conversation; we handle the detailed identification.
Older Besturn, X40, X80 and imported T55 owners can contact us with the model and concern. We’ll request the VIN or service records later if needed to identify parts. For an electric or hybrid variant, the quote will distinguish routine work from any specialist high-voltage work.

A recharge is not a leak repair. If the system loses refrigerant again, repeating the refill leaves the cause unresolved. The under-hood label identifies the refrigerant and charge required.

A falling level needs an explanation. The assessment can include a pressure test and inspection of hoses, connections, radiator, thermostat housing and water pump, depending on the engine and visible findings.
Repair a confirmed external leak and verify the system afterward. If overheating or test results suggest internal damage, further checks should be agreed before a head-gasket repair or rebuild is proposed.
If the temperature rises or steam appears, stop safely and switch off. Do not open a hot coolant cap. Call for recovery advice instead of trying to finish the journey.
