Workshop hours are Monday to Friday, 5 AM to 10 PM, and Saturday, 5 AM to 6 PM. The workshop is closed Sunday. Emergency telephone inquiries are available 24/7. That does not mean every repair, drop-off or collection can happen at any hour.

Before you leave home
You do not need to identify the broken part. Describe what happens, when it started and what has already been tried.
Share the model, year, mileage and VIN where needed for parts matching. Mention whether it is a GCC car or an import, any modifications, and recent battery, engine or gearbox work. Bring relevant service invoices and the key needed for the visit.
A cold-start noise, AC that warms in traffic and a shudder on a tight turn need different checks. Keep a warning photo taken while parked. Tell us if a fault appears only after an overnight stop. The car may need to stay for observation.
Pickup and drop-off depend on location, availability and vehicle condition. We confirm the collection time, method and any charge first. An immobile car or one with unsafe brakes needs an appropriate recovery arrangement.
Findings before repairs
The initial visual assessment of accessible areas is free. Computer scanning and the first agreed targeted tests are estimated at AED 150–350 including 5% VAT. Extended investigation, dismantling and repairs are agreed separately.
Our workshop uses AUTEL or suitable vehicle-specific scanning alongside physical checks. Depending on the complaint, these may include live data, charging measurements, coolant pressure testing, brake measurements or a road assessment where appropriate.

Plan the return trip
We confirm the actual handover time after the work and parts availability are known. Arrange your return journey around that update.
A booked routine service may be completed during the visit when the correct parts are available. Cold-start faults, overnight battery drains and intermittent noises may need observation. Major internal repairs and imported parts can take longer.
At collection, review the invoice, fitted parts and fluids, the checks completed and any remaining recommendation. Ask what needs urgent attention and what can be planned for a later visit.
The estimate identifies any supplier parts cover and workshop labor cover for your repair, including duration or mileage, conditions and claim arrangements. Coverage varies with the work and selected parts.
Keep the invoice and contact us if the repaired symptom returns. BMW manufacturer warranty, recalls and service-plan eligibility are separate matters to check with the authorized BMW network.

Pickup and drop-off are by arrangement. We confirm availability, your location, the vehicle condition, transport method and any charge before booking. Recovery of an unsafe or immobile BMW is discussed separately.
Arrange a BMW pre-purchase inspection and agree on the checks and price before the seller brings it. This is different from the free initial visual assessment. A condition inspection cannot rule out every hidden or future fault.
