Sand in the cabin
Routine vacuuming lifts loose sand. Sand packed into carpets, seat rails or the trunk needs more time; we show you the extra cleaning needed before charging for it.
Spills and sticky surfaces
We clean suitable surface residue as part of the agreed cabin work. A spill soaked into seats or carpet may need extraction and drying, which we price separately.
Bird droppings on the paint
Arrange suitable cleaning promptly. We soften and remove deposits carefully, then explain any marks that remain so you know whether polishing needs consideration.

Care for the finish you already have
A thick layer of foam alone does not make a wash gentle. The condition of the wash materials, the cleaning method and proper drying all matter.
Tell us about loose trim, damaged seals, recent paintwork, vinyl wraps or any existing coating before the car is washed.
Cool surfaces and suitable products
Hot panels can dry cleaning products too quickly. Washing on cool paint helps keep the process controlled.
Keep wheel dirt away from paint
We keep wheel-cleaning materials separate from body wash materials to avoid carrying brake dust and grit onto the paint.
Respect coatings and special finishes
Tell us which film or coating is fitted and whether it is new. Matte paint must not receive ordinary gloss polish or abrasive treatment, while film edges need care around water jets. Products and washing methods follow the relevant supplier’s instructions, including any curing period.
Dry and check the result
Clean, soft drying materials help avoid dragging dirt across the finish. Existing scratches or etched marks may still be visible after washing.

What does an interior and exterior wash include?
It generally combines body and wheel cleaning with routine vacuuming, floor-mat care, accessible cabin surfaces and interior glass. Upholstery extraction, stain treatment, headliner cleaning and polishing are separate unless specifically agreed.
How long will the wash take?
Allow roughly 30–60 minutes of cleaning time for a routine wash, depending on the car and cleaning selected. Waiting time is separate. Heavy dirt, pet hair or deeper interior work can take longer, so confirm the expected handover time by phone.
Can a car wash remove scratches or water spots?
A wash may remove surface deposits, but it does not repair scratches or etched paint. If marks remain after cleaning, they need an assessment for polishing or another repair. A stronger wash is not automatically the right solution.
Can a ceramic-coated or PPF-covered car be washed?
Yes, using methods and products suitable for the particular coating or film. Tell us what is installed and whether it is newly applied. The supplier’s curing and care instructions should guide the wash.
How often should I wash my car in Dubai?
Use the condition of the car as your guide. Outdoor parking, road dust and regular driving may call for more frequent washing than covered parking. Clean bird droppings and similar deposits promptly with a suitable method, and avoid dry-wiping dusty paint.
Do you offer mobile or steam car washing?
Our listed prices are for workshop washing in Al Quoz. Call with your location and the cleaning required to confirm whether a mobile or steam-cleaning option is currently available, its suitability and any additional cost. Do not assume it is included in a standard wash.
Is engine-bay washing included?
No. Engine-bay cleaning needs a separate discussion about the vehicle, condition and appropriate method. A routine wash does not include pressure washing electrical components or treating the engine bay.
