We plan handling for a low car, a modified setup or an electric model after you contact us. The workshop check follows the complaint and the equipment fitted to the vehicle.

We explain whether the free visual check is sufficient or whether a paid diagnosis or inspection is needed.

The repair choice, parts, labor, VAT, supply time and any specialist contribution are listed before approval.
- 04Check the result
We review the work completed and relevant final checks at handover. Keep the invoice with the service history.

Free pickup and delivery can be arranged for workshop service. A non-running, damaged or unusually low Lotus may need special recovery equipment, and its transport cost is agreed separately. Mention a locked wheel, restricted steering or underbody impact before loading.
If an Eletre or Emeya has a serious battery or electrical warning, do not touch damaged high-voltage parts. Call to arrange a safe arrival and discuss the specialist assessment needed.

Can I bring an Eletre or Emeya?
Contact us with the model and concern. We can discuss applicable routine items and accessible checks. High-voltage or factory-controlled work needs model-specific equipment, procedures and support, which we explain before accepting that task.
Do you collect a Lotus that cannot be driven?
Call with its location, clearance and any wheel or steering damage. Free pickup and delivery can be arranged for workshop service, while special recovery equipment and related transport costs are agreed separately.
How much is the first diagnostic session?
Allow an estimated AED 150 to 350 including labor and 5% VAT for the agreed initial session. Further access, extended tracing, specialist work and repairs have separate quotations.
What should I send before the visit?
Your model and a short description are sufficient to start. A warning photo, service history or VIN can follow if it helps with diagnosis, parts matching or safe transport.
