Maxus service and repair prices

Compare the work included, not just the headline price. A scheduled service, a van clutch and an electric charging fault need different quotations.

Choose the right work for your Maxus

Start with the model and fitted equipment. A delivery van, four-wheel-drive pickup and electric MPV should not receive the same service package.

Your vehicleWhat changes the workDetails to provide

V80 and V90 vans

What changes the workPassenger or cargo use, wheelbase, roof height and fitted rear AC affect the checks and workshop access. V90 may also be called Delivery 9 in some markets.

Details to provideYear, VIN, engine, gearbox and seating or cargo conversion. Mention the usual load and any door, step or rear-cabin problem.

T60, T70 and T90 pickups

What changes the workPetrol or diesel, manual or automatic and 4×2 or 4×4 determine fluids, driveline parts and repair choices. Do not assume every pickup has the same gearbox.

Details to provideExact variant, mileage and whether a fault appears loaded, towing or in a particular drive mode.

G10, G50, G90, D60 and D90

What changes the workMPVs and SUVs have different engines, transmissions and cabin equipment. Parts and electrical functions must match the year and market.

Details to provideModel, registration details and the warning or symptom. Identify imported vehicles and previous modifications.

Electric Maxus models

What changes the workMIFA, EUNIQ, EV80 and eDeliver enquiries require the exact version. Engine servicing does not apply to a battery-electric vehicle.

Details to provideOriginal market, VIN, charging connection and displayed warning. We confirm supported diagnostics and specialist access before accepting high-voltage work.

What your Maxus service should include

Keep routine maintenance separate from a fault repair. We agree the replacements and checks needed for your vehicle before adding them to the booking.

Mechanic checking engine oil with a dipstick

Engine and scheduled replacements

  • Oil specification, quantity and replacement filter
  • Air filter and diesel fuel filter when due
  • Petrol spark plugs only where applicable and due
  • Coolant, brake fluid and driveline fluids according to the vehicle schedule

Checks around the vehicle

  • Brake wear, leaks and parking-brake operation
  • Tyres, steering, suspension and wheel bearings
  • Battery, lights, wipers and visibility
  • Doors, locks, steps and fitted passenger equipment on vans

Engine or electric drive repair options

Choose the fitted powertrain below. The same warning or loss of power can lead to very different work, so the assessment comes before a replacement decision.

Petrol engine concerns

What to report
Report rough running, a hard start, fluid loss or a temperature warning. Note whether it happens cold, warm or under load.
What the checks establish
Checks can distinguish ignition, air supply, fuel delivery, cooling and mechanical concerns. Coils, plugs, sensors and injectors are replaced only when findings support the choice.

Clutch, gearbox and four-wheel-drive repairs

A T60 pickup and a V80 van can need different parts and procedures. Tell us when the symptom appears and whether it changes with the vehicle loaded.

Manual clutch or gear selection

Report slipping under load, a difficult pedal, grinding or a gear that will not engage. The assessment separates clutch wear, hydraulic operation, linkage and internal gearbox faults. A clutch quote identifies the kit and any additional flywheel or release-system work.

Automatic shift complaints

Describe delayed engagement, harsh changes, a leak or a warning. Confirm the transmission type before choosing fluid service, control repairs or internal work. Maintenance cannot repair confirmed mechanical damage. Removal, refitting, fluid and final checks belong in the agreed quote.

Pickup driveline concerns

For a fitted 4×4 system, report the selected mode and any transfer-case, differential or shaft noise. Match tyre sizes and fluid requirements to the vehicle. Loss of drive or severe vibration may require recovery rather than a road test.

Brakes and running gear for everyday loads

Commercial use makes the correct fitment important. We assess the affected axle and components before quoting a replacement.

Choose the brake repair

Noise, pulling, a soft pedal or a warning need inspection. Pad replacement is appropriate only when the discs and related components remain serviceable. A quote for pads and discs should identify the axle, matched parts and fitting.

  • Measure wear and check caliper movement and fluid leaks
  • Investigate ABS warnings instead of assuming worn pads
  • Check parking-brake operation and applicable rear-brake equipment

Match the tyres and chassis

Van and pickup tyres must meet the specified size, load and speed rating. Tell us about uneven wear, bearing hum, a knock or poor tracking. Alignment follows checks for tyre damage and worn steering or suspension parts.

  • Inspect wheel bearings, bushes, joints and dampers
  • Confirm suitable tyre construction and cold pressures
  • Agree balancing or alignment when the findings justify it

AC and cabin electrical repairs

A passenger van needs comfortable airflow throughout the cabin. Report whether the problem affects the driver, rear passengers or both.

Clean and used cabin air filters shown side by side

Tell us what changed

Warm air

Check refrigerant loss, compressor operation, condenser airflow and temperature controls. Confirm the refrigerant and required quantity. A recharge does not repair an unresolved leak.

Weak or uneven airflow

Check the filter, blower and air distribution. On vans with front and rear AC, identify which area is affected so the relevant controls and circuit are assessed.

Starting, locks or displays

Battery and charging checks come before a battery replacement. Windows, sliding-door locks, cameras, sensors and key enquiries need the exact symptoms and supported parts or programming access.

Plan fleet servicing around your work

Reduce avoidable repeat visits by grouping due work with the agreed repair. Fleet appointments and turnaround are confirmed for the actual vehicles, not promised as a universal package.

One vehicle or a fleet

Send the vehicle list, registration details, mileages and current faults. Identify the person who can approve work and the time each van or pickup can be released. We agree the visit order and available workshop appointments.

  • Separate urgent defects from scheduled maintenance
  • Identify the parts needed before committing downtime
  • Keep a service record for each registration or VIN

Bodywork, van doors and replacement parts

Keep the vehicle’s working functions in the repair plan. A van door that closes badly is more than a paint issue.

Assess the damage

Photographs help plan an inspection of dents, paint, glass, bumpers or door damage. Van sliding doors, hinges, rollers and cargo access need functional checks alongside cosmetic work.

Agree the repair

Confirm panel repair or replacement, paint preparation and any related safety-system work. Insurance reporting, approval and coverage affect an insured repair. Structural damage is assessed separately from paint damage.

Confirm compatible parts

Match the VIN, year and original market. Genuine, suitable equivalent or other agreed parts depend on availability and purpose. Confirm the part condition, delivery time and warranty before ordering.

Plan your Maxus workshop visit

Before bringing the vehicle

  • Your Maxus Share the model, year, engine or electric version and mileage. Send the VIN when parts or diagnostic access need checking.
  • The problem Bring the displayed warning, relevant photographs and previous invoices. For charging faults, record the charger and connection used.
  • Getting here Tell us the van height, conversions and whether the vehicle can move safely. Confirm collection or recovery arrangements before dispatch.

Remove valuables and loose cargo, and agree who approves additional work. If you are buying a used Maxus, ask about an inspection and the areas it can cover before committing to the purchase.

Questions before booking Maxus work

How much does Maxus servicing cost?

For suitable petrol and diesel engines, the oil-service guides are AED 200–350 up to 5 litres or AED 350–600 for many 6–8 litre or higher-cost combinations. They include oil, the replacement filter, fitting and 5% VAT. Scheduled service and repairs are quoted for the actual due work and vehicle.

Can you service Maxus vans and pickups?

Enquire with the exact model, engine, gearbox and dimensions. We can plan routine service and repair assessments for vans, pickups, MPVs and SUVs. Parts, supported procedures and any specialist requirements are confirmed before the work is accepted.

Do you work on electric Maxus models?

Send the VIN, original market and concern. Routine mechanical checks and high-voltage repairs require different access and equipment. We confirm the available diagnostics and qualified specialist involvement before accepting charging, battery or motor work.

How often should my Maxus be serviced?

Follow the schedule for the exact model, engine, year and operating conditions. A universal mileage interval is unsuitable for every van, pickup and electric model. Bring previous service records and tell us about frequent idling, towing or commercial use.

Can I book several fleet vehicles?

Yes, contact the team with the vehicle list, due work, available downtime and approval contact. Appointment order, parts availability, collection conditions and expected timing are agreed before the vehicles arrive.

Are you an authorised Maxus service centre?

This is an independent workshop. Manufacturer warranty claims, recalls and restricted software functions may need the authorised Maxus network. Check eligibility for any existing manufacturer service plan before paying for duplicate work.

Can you collect a vehicle that cannot be driven?

Ask when arranging the assessment. The transport must suit the vehicle size, weight, driveline and condition. Location, availability and charge are confirmed before collection. Do not drive with a serious braking, overheating or oil-pressure warning.
