Independent Jetour repair in Dubai
Warm AC, hesitation in traffic or warnings on the dashboard? Get your Jetour checked in Al Quoz, with the findings explained and a quotation for the work you choose.
We help owners of Dashing, T1, T2, X50, X70 Plus and other Jetour models plan maintenance and mechanical repairs. Share the model and what has changed.

Start with the fitted total
The price needs to describe a job you can compare. These estimates include the materials and work stated below, plus 5% VAT. Your vehicle condition and chosen parts determine the written quotation. They are not universal package prices.
Agreed tests beyond the free initial computer scan. Extended tracing, dismantling and repairs are outside the session unless agreed.
Engine-specified oil, suitable oil filter, fitting and final checks. Quantity and oil approval affect the total. Extra service filters are separate.
Compatible standard aftermarket pad set and fitting. Discs must remain within their service limits. Separately required sensors and damaged hardware are quoted.
A matched aftermarket pad set, two compatible new discs and installation. Larger or genuine systems may cost more. Caliper repair is additional when needed.
Specified brake fluid, replacement and bleeding. A leak or hydraulic fault needs its own repair rather than a routine fluid change.
A targeted diagnostic session covers the agreed tests, while a repair quote covers the confirmed work. This distinction matters for intermittent electrical faults, transmission concerns and a cooling leak that needs extra access. We discuss further tests before extending the job.
Engine rebuilds, turbo replacement, complete gearbox assemblies and high-voltage battery repairs receive separate estimates after assessment. You can ask for a parts brand and the complete installed amount so the cheapest headline does not hide missing work. See our oil service inclusions or brake service price guide.
Describe the change
The timing of a complaint helps select the first tests. Say whether it began after a battery change, a long drive, a service visit or a small impact. You do not have to identify a failed component before arranging an inspection.
Explain whether the engine shakes while stationary, acceleration feels weak or the car jerks as it moves away. Engine ignition, air supply, mounts and the transmission can produce different forms of hesitation. We compare data with the behavior rather than replacing the gearbox from one description.
A flashing engine warning with severe shaking needs the car stopped safely. A steady warning also deserves a check before a long trip.
A noise over bumps can involve bushings, links, a mount or something loose. Wheel damage and tire wear can also cause vibration. A brake inspection measures wear and checks caliper movement before deciding on pads alone or pads with discs.
Do not continue with reduced braking, a sinking pedal or a red brake warning that stays on after the parking brake is released.
A weak 12-volt supply, connection fault and a failed module are different possibilities. Tell us which warnings appeared together and whether the vehicle starts normally. Reading the affected modules preserves information that can be lost by clearing codes too soon.
Photograph a message if you can do so safely, then keep the warning history available for the visit.
The accessible initial visual check and computer scan are free. If targeted tests are needed, the agreed diagnostic session is estimated at AED 150–350 including 5% VAT. A stored code points toward a test area, but does not prove a named component must be replaced.
Your model changes the repair
A familiar body shape does not tell us every service requirement. The year, engine and equipment can be clarified after your first message. That allows us to choose the right filter, fluids and test approach for the vehicle you own.
Petrol Dashing service starts with the fitted engine and gearbox requirements. Stop-and-go driving can make a small change in clutch engagement or engine response easier to notice. Explain whether the concern is new, progressive or present only after the car warms up.
The UAE petrol T2 specification includes a 2.0 turbo engine, a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and four-wheel drive. The exact model and trim are checked before choosing fluids or parts. A driveline noise after rough use needs underbody inspection, tire checks and the relevant system data.
A T1 or X50 may arrive for routine service, a warning or a low-speed driving concern. We check the actual engine, transmission and equipment before selecting oil, filters or a test plan. Tell us whether the symptom happens during a cold start, in traffic or only on a longer drive.
For an X70 Plus used with passengers or regular luggage, compare brake wear, tire condition and ride behavior under the loads you normally carry. X70 FL, X90 and other versions can have different engines and equipment. We select parts for the actual vehicle rather than treating all Jetour SUVs as one specification.
For a newer G700 or a less common imported Jetour, parts availability and the supported repair procedure matter to the expected timing. Send the model and concern to start. We confirm the relevant parts and technical route before proposing work that depends on them.
The T1 i-DM and T2 i-DM are plug-in hybrids, so each needs attention to its petrol engine and electric systems. Charging warnings, high-voltage faults and battery cooling require the appropriate technical support. Contact us about the concern so we can explain the available checks before specialist work is agreed.
This is an independent workshop. Manufacturer campaigns, warranty claims and dealer-only software access are checked with the authorized Jetour network. We do not promise that every model, update or hybrid component can be repaired during an ordinary service visit.
Find why the cabin stays warm
If the vents lose cooling at traffic lights, tell us whether the fan still blows strongly and whether engine temperature also changes. The cabin air system and engine cooling system are investigated separately, even when the symptoms occur during the same drive.

A restricted cabin filter, weak blower or air-distribution fault can reduce useful cooling even with an operating compressor. We check the airflow and controls before treating every warm-air complaint as low refrigerant. Cleaning or a filter change is recommended when the condition supports it.
Pressures, leak findings, compressor command and condenser cooling help separate the possible causes. Recharging a leaking system can produce only a temporary improvement. A quote for a recharge names the specified refrigerant and included checks. A compressor or pipe repair is a separate choice.
A coolant leak needs a cold-system assessment and the relevant pressure, circulation and fan checks. Stop if the temperature rises abnormally. Do not open the hot cap. We assess any additional engine damage when prior overheating or the test results make that necessary.
Visit our AC repair page for the available types of work, or engine repair information if the concern involves coolant loss or running problems. Hybrid systems are serviced for the equipment fitted, with specialist requirements agreed first.
A service and a repair solve different needs
A dual-clutch gearbox uses clutch engagement while moving away and maneuvering. A new harsh engagement, repeated shudder, delay or warning deserves investigation. The engine, mounts and control system can also affect how the car feels, so the transmission is assessed alongside them.
| What the checks show | A suitable next step | What the quotation should explain |
|---|---|---|
| Maintenance is due, with no confirmed internal fault | Service using the specified fluid and required procedure for the fitted transmission. | Fluid product, quantity, included filters if required and any relevant checks. |
| A confirmed leak, wiring issue or external component fault | Targeted repair, followed by checks of the original complaint. | Affected component, access, fluid replacement where needed and verification work. |
| Persistent slip or confirmed internal wear | Compare a supported internal repair with a compatible replacement assembly. | Included parts, reused components, fitting, fluid, programming requirements and coverage. |
We do not recommend a universal flush or an adaptation reset as a guaranteed cure. The unit condition and correct service instructions determine whether that work is appropriate. Repeated resetting without investigating a fault can make it harder to judge the underlying problem.
For a warning that appears only after traffic driving, note the duration and conditions if possible. Do not repeatedly force the car to reproduce a severe shudder or loss of drive. Ask about recovery when normal driving is unsafe, and review transmission repair choices before approving a major assembly.
Compare scope as well as price
These planning scenarios show how a defined repair differs from a broad service package. They are estimates, rather than completed customer repair records. Your inspection and parts selection determine the final total.
An otherwise normally running petrol Dashing is due for engine oil and an oil filter. The proposed service uses the specified oil product and required fill, a compatible new filter, labor and final level checks. The amount changes with oil approval, capacity and filter choice.
The stated estimate covers this oil service. Cabin or air filters, spark plugs, a warning-light investigation and leak repairs are separate items. If another service task is due, its parts and labor can be added clearly to the quotation.
The conventional front pads have reached replacement wear. Both discs remain suitable after thickness and condition checks, and the calipers operate normally. A compatible standard aftermarket pad set is fitted across the front axle and the brakes receive the relevant final checks.
A separate wear sensor, damaged support hardware, worn-out disc or sticking caliper changes the repair. Those items are priced before extra work. This total is for the two front brakes and does not include the rear axle.
Keep the fault information
Modern convenience and driver-assistance features depend on reliable electrical power and correct sensor information. Several warnings appearing together do not automatically mean several modules have failed. We begin with the complaint, power supply and relevant fault records.
Battery condition, terminal security, charging output and unwanted current draw can be checked for repeated flat-battery problems. The replacement battery must suit the fitted system. A new battery cannot repair a damaged cable or an accessory that keeps drawing power when the car is parked.
Describe which function fails and whether restarting changes it. Connections, software behavior and the related modules may need different checks. A screen that goes dark should not be replaced before its power and communication are assessed. Any software work depends on supported access.
Impact damage, a replaced windshield or work affecting alignment can require checks for the fitted camera or radar. Calibration is arranged only with the required procedure and support. Driver assistance should not be relied on while a warning says the system is unavailable.

We explain the next test when an intermittent issue cannot be reproduced at the first visit. A safe photo or description of the message can help, but we do not ask you to trigger a fault while driving. Replacement and programming costs are confirmed when the required component and supported access are known.
Keep routine work specific
A useful maintenance plan lists what is due and what is still serviceable. Follow the schedule for the exact vehicle and its operating conditions. Dubai heat and dusty use justify attention to condition, rather than an automatic recommendation to replace every fluid or filter.

We measure wear and inspect the calipers and hydraulic system. A pad-only job can suit sound discs. A worn or damaged disc needs the relevant axle pair, while a leak or poor pedal requires fault repair. Fluid replacement is scheduled maintenance and cannot substitute for repairing fluid loss.
Control-arm bushings, links, dampers and mounts can wear or suffer impact damage. The affected components are assessed before an alignment. Alignment settings cannot correct a loose joint. Tire damage, wheel imbalance and suspension movement need their own remedies.
Use the engine-specified grade and approval with the correct quantity. Air and cabin filters are checked for condition and replaced when due or restricted. Keep the product details and invoice so future service does not depend on guesswork or a sticker alone.
If the vehicle has a service plan or manufacturer warranty, review the schedule and claim terms with the authorized provider. Our quotation records the independent work proposed for your car. We can also discuss a pre-purchase inspection when you are considering a used Jetour, including visible condition and mechanical concerns.
Know which option is being priced
Availability can affect a repair as much as labor time. Ask whether a component is locally available or needs ordering, and whether the quotation includes any fitting, fluid and programming needed for the proposed replacement.
A genuine component can be important for exact fit or electronic compatibility. Confirm the part identification, delivery expectation and fitted cost. We do not describe every component on the car as stocked or promise immediate delivery.
For suitable conventional wear items, an appropriate aftermarket option may help control cost. Compare its brand, application and coverage. A low-cost part that does not match the vehicle is not a useful alternative.
Some assemblies can be repaired without replacing the whole unit. Ask what is renewed and tested, and which components remain in use. A used replacement needs a compatibility and condition assessment of its own.
Parts and workmanship terms should be stated for the approved work. Manufacturer warranty and recall eligibility are separate from an independent repair guarantee. Check a suspected covered issue with the authorized Jetour network before paying for work that may have another route.
Make the first message easy
Send the model and the service or problem by WhatsApp, or call to discuss it. We can ask for the year, mileage and useful warning details afterward. A clear first message lets us plan the inspection without making you choose the repair yourself.

Workshop hours Monday to Friday 5 am to 10 pm, Saturday 5 am to 6 pm, Sunday closed. Call ahead for appointment availability and holiday hours.
Pickup and return depend on your location and availability, with any charge agreed when booking.
You receive an explanation of the findings and proposed total before repair. If access uncovers another issue, the additional work is discussed. At handover, we review the completed work and relevant checks, such as AC output, brake operation or whether a warning returns. The invoice records the repair and its stated parts and workmanship terms.
Oil service and a straightforward wear-item repair may be quicker than tracing an intermittent warning or sourcing a model-specific assembly. Ask about parts availability and the expected completion time for the actual job. A generic same-day promise is not useful for every repair.
Weak brakes, abnormal temperature, severe vibration or loss of drive can require recovery. Let us know the symptoms before arranging collection. A transport plan should suit the vehicle condition and the equipment fitted.
