Capability confirmed before booking
Battery-pack opening, high-voltage isolation, charging electronics and specialized programming require explicit confirmation. A general repair booking does not include them.
Tell us whether the issue occurs on AC charging, DC charging or both, which charger was used and the exact message. The charging equipment, vehicle connection, low-voltage supply and onboard electronics can require different investigations.
We confirm diagnostic support before accepting the job. A charging complaint does not establish that the traction battery needs replacement.
The low-voltage electrical system is separate from the high-voltage traction battery. A discharged 12V battery, electrical drain or control fault needs testing before a replacement is selected.
The battery chemistry, capacity and any required registration must match the vehicle. Do not assume a conventional battery fits every electric Audi.
Regenerative braking does not remove the need to inspect conventional brakes. Check pads, discs, caliper operation and fluid requirements for the exact brake package.
Reduced braking or a sinking pedal requires stopping safely and arranging assistance.
Identify whether the car has conventional, adaptive or air suspension. Inspect the relevant joints, dampers, air springs and controls before pricing a component.
A leaking air spring, failed compressor and electrical control issue are different repairs. Alignment and ride-height setup belong in the estimate where needed.
Cabin cooling, battery temperature management and other cooling circuits can interact differently across e-tron models. Share the warning and when it appears.
Electric compressors and specialized coolant work require the correct equipment and procedures. We confirm support before booking; a generic gas recharge is not a diagnosis.
Stop safely and follow the handbook for a red warning, smoke, unusual heat or damage around the battery area. Do not touch orange cables, open high-voltage covers or attempt a reset.
Tell the recovery provider the exact model and condition so the vehicle is transported using the appropriate procedure.

Ask for the part manufacturer and reference, new or rebuilt condition, labor, fluids, calibration, warranty and total in writing. Manufacturer warranty, recalls and service campaigns should be checked with Audi before authorizing paid work.
There is no combustion-engine oil or engine oil filter to change. Spark plugs and fuel-induction cleaning do not belong in a fully electric service package.
Relevant maintenance can include brake inspections and fluid, tires, suspension, cabin filtration, wipers and model-specific cooling or drive-system checks. Use the schedule for the model year and market, together with the service display and records.

The earlier A3 e-tron combines a gasoline engine with an electric drive system. It can require engine oil, filters and ignition maintenance as well as hybrid-specific checks.
