Mahindra models and the work we offer

Start with your model and the job you need. A work pickup and a family SUV can require different fluids, brakes and driveline parts.

Scorpio Pik Up

Service and repairs for single- and double-cab pickups, including the 2.2-litre mHawk turbo-diesel. Manual and automatic versions, and two- or four-wheel drive, need the correct parts for their build.

  • Oil, filters, cooling and diesel fuel-system work
  • Clutch, gearbox, transfer case and axle repairs
  • Brakes, wheel bearings, steering and load-related suspension checks

XUV500

Planned servicing and repairs for the fitted petrol or diesel engine, manual or automatic gearbox, and front- or all-wheel-drive equipment. The model name alone does not identify the oil, transmission fluid or parts needed.

  • Engine, turbo, cooling and running faults
  • Gearbox, suspension, brakes and tyre wear
  • AC, starting, windows, cabin electronics and bodywork
Another Mahindra model?

Enquiries for Scorpio SUVs, Thar, Bolero and imported models are welcome. Tell us the model and requested work so we can confirm parts and testing support. For an electric Mahindra, discuss the exact job before arranging specialist battery or high-voltage work.

Mahindra service and repair price guide

Use these published workshop ranges to plan the visit. Your engine, brake size, supplied parts and agreed work determine the Mahindra quote.

WorkGeneral estimateIncluded work
Oil and filter serviceAED 350–6006–8 litre fill guideSpecified oil, compatible filter, fitting and completion checks. Larger fills, specialist oil and extra service items are quoted separately.
Standard brake padsAED 250–500per axle, fittedSuitable front or rear pad set and fitting. Confirm the brake arrangement. Drums, shoes, discs and additional hardware need their own quote.
Pads and discs togetherAED 650–2,500per axle, fittedTwo discs, one pad set and fitting on one axle. Premium components or a different brake size can cost more.
Four-wheel alignmentAED 200–350per vehicleMeasurements and permitted adjustments. Tyres, balancing, worn joints and extra repair or calibration work are separate.
Scan and targeted diagnosisAED 150–350initial agreed checksRelevant fault information and agreed checks. Extended investigation or dismantling is quoted before it proceeds.

Table figures include 5% VAT. These are general workshop guides, not fixed tariffs for every Mahindra. The initial visual assessment is free. Diagnostic testing is separate. Clutch, turbo, gearbox, suspension and body repairs are quoted after the relevant checks.

Ask for the complete fitted total, including fluids and any required setup, so you can compare like-for-like work.

Choose the maintenance your Mahindra needs

An oil change, a scheduled service and work-use checks have different inclusions. Select the type of visit to see what belongs in it.

Build the service around your engine

The quotation identifies the oil specification, fill quantity and filter. Petrol and diesel XUV500 versions do not automatically share a service requirement. A Pik Up used for work may also need filter and fluid checks beyond a basic oil change.

  • Engine oil and compatible oil filter
  • Air and cabin filters checked for condition or due replacement
  • Diesel fuel-filter replacement when due, with the correct procedure
  • Visible leaks, fluid levels and completion checks

The oil and filter service page explains what a basic oil change includes. Additional maintenance belongs in the quote before fitting.

Follow the correct maintenance schedule

We use the handbook and service record for the year, engine and original market. Time limits matter as well as mileage. There is no single interval that covers every Mahindra, and a service reminder does not list every due item.

  • Brake fluid, coolant and transmission or axle fluids when due
  • Belts, hoses, plugs on petrol engines and other scheduled items
  • Brake wear, tyres, lights, steering joints and suspension
  • Records of completed work and items still requiring attention

Bring previous invoices if available. They help distinguish overdue work from a part that has already been replaced.

Allow for how the pickup is used

Frequent loading, dusty sites, off-road work and long periods of idling can change maintenance needs. We discuss the actual use and the applicable severe-use guidance rather than automatically replacing every filter at each visit.

  • Inspect intake filters and cooling airflow where dust is relevant
  • Check tyres, load ratings, brakes and accessible suspension
  • Inspect axle, transfer-case and driveline leaks where fitted
  • Record urgent repairs separately from work that can be planned

For a working pickup, share the days it can be released. We can discuss staged visits and parts availability before agreeing a repair date.

Engine repairs for diesel and petrol Mahindras

Start with what changed. The checks distinguish a serviceable fault from internal damage before you choose the repair.

Hard starting
Separate slow cranking from an engine that turns normally but will not start. Check supply, fuel delivery and engine condition as needed.
Smoke or lost power
On mHawk diesels, check fuel delivery, boost hoses, controls and turbo condition. Petrol XUV500 checks also consider ignition and plugs.
Heat, leaks or warnings
Assess cooling components and leaks. Emissions or DPF testing depends on the fitted equipment and available support.

Stop safely for oil-pressure warnings, severe overheating, fuel leaks or a loud mechanical knock. Ask about recovery before driving further.

Clutch, gearbox and four-wheel-drive repairs

Select the work around the fitted transmission. Slipping, difficult gears and a four-wheel-drive complaint need different checks.

Manual gearbox and clutch

Check clutch operation, hydraulics, linkage and mounts. The quote identifies the clutch kit and any agreed flywheel, release mechanism or leak repair.

Replacing the clutch does not resolve every shifting fault.

Automatic gearbox

Confirm the gearbox, fluid, leaks and relevant fault information. Compare maintenance, a targeted repair and internal work after assessment.

A fluid change is not a guaranteed cure for slipping.

When drive or vibration changes

Pik Up 4WD
Share the selected mode and what happens. Checks may cover the transfer case, selector, shafts, joints, axles and leaks.
XUV500 AWD
Where fitted, confirm the power-transfer unit, rear driveline, tyre condition and required fluids before ordering work.

Tell us whether the vibration changes with speed or load. It may come from the driveline rather than the engine.

Brakes, steering and suspension for your Mahindra

A braking change, a clunk and uneven tyre wear point to different work. We inspect the vehicle with its loading and modifications in mind.

Close-up inspection of brake disc wear in a workshop

Brake wear is measured before choosing pads, discs or drum work.

Brake wear or warning
Confirm the front and rear arrangement. Measure pads, shoes, discs or drums and check related calipers, hoses and hardware. An unsafe pedal or fluid loss needs assessment before driving.
Clunks, play or leaning
Inspect joints, bushes, bearings, shocks, springs and mounts. Pickup leaf-spring fittings and XUV500 suspension need the correct parts.
Tyres and alignment
Match size, load rating and pressure to the vehicle. Check puncture-repair eligibility and balancing as needed. Alignment follows suitable repairs and cannot compensate for worn or damaged parts.

Mention lift kits, larger wheels and heavy loads before the quote. We explain achievable alignment settings and any separate repair needed.

AC, starting and cabin electrical repairs

Cabin comfort and reliable starting belong in the same visit when needed. Describe the failed function so the quote covers the right checks.

AC service or component repair

Warm air, weak airflow and uneven vent temperatures can have different causes. We check the complaint before recommending a recharge.

Refrigerant work uses the specified type and quantity. An ongoing leak, failed compressor, blocked airflow or temperature-control fault requires its own repair. The estimate separates refrigerant, replacement parts and labour.

Tell us if cooling changes at idle, if the fan speed is weak, or if there is a smell or water in the cabin. The cabin filter, blower, drainage and air distribution may need attention instead of adding more gas.

Battery and no-start
Test battery condition, supply connections and charging as appropriate. A normal-cranking engine that will not fire needs different checks from a flat battery or slow starter.
Windows, locks and accessories
Assess the switch, supply, wiring and affected component. Screens, cameras and parking sensors depend on the fitted equipment and any aftermarket installation.
Keys and software enquiries
Tell us the model and required function. Programming, module setup and manufacturer updates depend on compatible access. Manufacturer warranty work and campaigns should be checked through the authorised Mahindra network.

Body repairs and suitable replacement parts

Choose the result you need, then agree the repair and supplied parts. Photos help the first discussion; hidden damage may need inspection.

Dents, panels and paint
Assess dent removal, panel repair or replacement, paint matching and blending. On pickups, include the bed, tailgate and attachments.
Glass, trim and finishing
Match glass and fittings, with calibration where required. Seat and upholstery repairs, polishing, detailing, tinting and protective finishes depend on condition.
Corrosion and accident work
Existing structural corrosion needs repair before protection. Insurance-funded work requires the insurer’s documents and approval.

Agree the supplied parts

Compare genuine or suitable alternatives, availability and applicable warranty terms. Imported or older models may need further details to identify the right part.

Compare the complete fitted cost

For a major assembly, confirm new, used or rebuilt condition, included components, fitting, fluids and required setup. Availability affects completion.

Arrange your Mahindra workshop visit

Call or WhatsApp with your model and the work or problem. You do not need to identify a failed part before contacting us. We help arrange the assessment and collect any further details needed for parts or a procedure.

After assessment, the quote explains the findings, supplied parts, labour and fitted total. Repairs begin after approval. Additional work needs agreement, and availability affects the completion date.

Fleet servicing and working pickups

Share the number of vehicles, models, due work and days they can be released. We can discuss appointments, separate estimates and work records. If a truck is immobilised, explain its location and loading so suitable recovery can be arranged.

Pickup and drop-off can be requested by arrangement. Availability and any charge are confirmed when booking.

Questions before booking Mahindra repairs

A few practical answers on cost, vehicle support and arranging the work.

How much does Mahindra servicing cost in Dubai?

The general oil and filter guide is AED 350–600 for 6–8 litre fills. The exact oil, filter and quantity determine the quote. A scheduled service costs more when additional filters, fluids or other items are due.

Do you repair Scorpio Pik Up and XUV500 models?

Yes, enquiries for service and repairs on these models are welcome. Tell us the model and requested work. We confirm its engine, gearbox and fitted equipment when needed for parts and the repair procedure.

Can you check a diesel Mahindra that loses power?

Yes. Describe when the loss happens, any smoke and the warning message. Checks can consider fuel delivery, intake and boost leaks, sensors and engine condition. Further testing is agreed before major components are replaced.

Can you repair a clutch or automatic gearbox?

We assess the fitted transmission and complaint before quoting. Manual clutch work, automatic fluid service and internal gearbox repairs have different inclusions. A fluid change is not a guaranteed fix for slipping.

Does every Mahindra need servicing every 10,000 kilometres?

No single interval applies to every year, engine and market. Follow the appropriate maintenance schedule, including time limits and work-use requirements. Previous records help identify what is due.

Can you service an imported or electric Mahindra?

Contact us with the model and exact work. Parts, software access and specialist testing support need confirmation. Electric battery and high-voltage enquiries require a job-specific discussion before booking.

How long will the repair take?

Timing depends on the confirmed fault, parts availability and any machining or specialist procedure. We discuss the expected completion after assessment rather than promise the same turnaround for every job.

Can you arrange transport to the workshop?

Contact us with the vehicle, location and whether it can move safely. Suitable recovery or collection can be discussed. Availability and any charge are confirmed before arrangements are agreed.
